Lage an der Hauptstrasse und dadurch sehr laut, Zimmerrreinigung kommt einfach ins Zimmer, auch wennn man duscht. Animation okay, Tennisplätze immer belegt; Themenrestaurant kann man sich sparen, da dort das Essen vom Buffet angeboten wird in anderer Aufbereitung. Liegen am Pool schon morgens um 9.00 komplett reserviert. Im Speisesaal und Lobby, sehr kalt und zugig. Das Essen war gut, wenn auch nicht sehr abwechslungsreich. Der Strand eine Katastrophe, steinig, laut und dreckig. Liegen defekt, rostige Nägel stehen bei den Schirmen ab Es ist das Geld nicht wert. Einmal und nie wieder

Regarding the swimming pools, please note that our pools are not advertised as heated pools during the early season period in April, and water temperature may therefore vary depending on weather conditions. Concerning the sunbeds, our hotel provides a large number of loungers for our guests, and our pool staff is always available throughout the day to assist whenever needed. We fully understand that guests may prefer specific locations around the pool area; however, availability of particular spots cannot always be guaranteed. With regard to the food variety, we understand that culinary preferences are highly subjective and may differ from guest to guest. While we are sorry that the selection did not fully match your personal expectations, we are proud to maintain a very high overall guest satisfaction rate regarding our dining experience. We would also like to mention that both our Reception and Guest Relations teams include several German-speaking colleagues who are always happy to assist our guests throughout their stay.
