Das Einfuehren von Kokain, Alkohol, Pornos ist garkein Problem. Koennt ihr alles mitnehmen, niemand hat bis jetzt meine Koffer geoeffnet...

Berichte bitte, wenn Du beim Verlassen des Airport kontrollierst wirst und Medikamente von der schwaren Liste dabei hast, ob alles noch so Easy geht. Wenn ja, dann kannste diese Erfahrung ja weitergeben.

Noeler, ich habs aufgegeben, hier zu schreiben. Die Vorschriften/Gesetze zaehlen doch eher weniger als die Erfahrungen der andauernd in Dubai Urlaubenden.
Kann man 1000 x schreiben, dass Aspirin und Nasenspray wurscht sind, aber es ja auch ganz andere Medikamentenkaliber gibt, welche attestpflichtig sind, aber die Arabs sind ja soo nett

Eine kleine Anmrkung an alle Dubai Touristen. Haltet Euch an die Regeln; das ist nur ein guter Ratschlag. .... auch an die Regeln für Medikamente.
Und wenn hier jemand schreibt er wurde nicht kontrolliert, dann vergesst das.
Wenn ihr kontrolliert werdet, dann habt ihr ein riesen Problem, wenns Medikamnte von der Liste sind. ... ihr seit schneller im Knast wie ihr glaubt. GARANTIERT!!!.... jemand der die Emiarte seit 1975 kennt und schon mehrere Leute aus dem Dubai Knast holen musste.

Hallo zusammen,
ich meine in den letzten Tagen irgendwo im Netz gelesen zu haben, dass Passagieren, die mit verbotenen Medikamenten erwischt werden nur noch die Einreise verweigert wird und nicht, das sie gleich verhaftet werden oder sonstiges.
Kann das sein?
Sicher: Unwissenheit schützt vor Strafe nicht, aber schließlich reden wir hier von meist dringend notwendigen Medikamenten, in weiser Voraussicht mit Beipackzettel und Originalverpackung und nicht von undefinierbaren Pillen in irgendwelchen Plastiktüten.
Was genau sind nun die Konsequenzen, wenn man ein z.B. ein Antidepressiva dabei hat?

Habe mir gerade die Liste mit dem Kürzel CD(B) angesehen und bin drauf gekommen, dass ich im Juni ein verbotenes Medikament nach Dubai mitgenommen hatte. Handelt sich um ein Antidepressivum. Hatte zwar eine ärztliche Verschreibung mit, aber was wären die Konsequenzen gewesen, wenn der Zoll meinen Koffer geöffnet hätte. Wäre mir dann die Einreise verweigert worden, oder hätten sie mir nur die Pillen abgenommen???

Haltet euch bloß an die Liste, weil ihr steht nachher vor dem Richter und nicht euer Arzt der dir sagt alles Ok kein Problem. Und es ist dem Richter ( Schnellrichter ) Sch...... igal ob ihr gut Englisch könnt oder nicht
Ob ihr alles versteht oder auch nicht was man euch vorwerft und sie werden auch nicht warten bis ihr eventuell einen Anwalt habt der sich mit der UAE Rechtssprechung auskennt
Bedenkt bitte eins, die Gesetze der Emirate sind teilweise abgeleitet aus dem Heiligen Buch ( Koran )
Das bedeutet solange du dich an die Gesetze hältst ist das ein super schönes Land, aber wehe nicht ........
Sicherlich werden die Jungs bei kleineren Sachen auch mal ein Auge zudrücken , da man Ausländer ( Gast ) ist
Aber beim Thema Drogen sind sie absolut schmerzfrei und nehmen keine Rücksicht ob Männlein oder Weiblein

Wollte Klarheit haben u. habe die Österr.Botschaft i. Abu Dhabi kontaktiert u. das Konsulat der VAE in Wien. Unabhängig von einander die gleichen Aussagen:
Bei Mitnahme von Medikamenten aus der Liste des Gesundheitsministeriums der VAE ist folgende Vorgangsweise:
Vom behandelnden Arzt ist eine detailierte Bescheinigung (mit Diagnose, Indikationen, Einnahme-Mengen usw.) in Englischer Sprache auszustellen. Dies ist dann bei Kontrolle durch die Grenzbehörden vorzuweisen.
Ganz wichtig ist, dass man den Grenzbehörden plausibel machen kann, dass die Medikamente nur für den Eigenbedarf sind - weil es bestünde ja die Möglichkeit, dass man sie weiterverkaufen / sozusagen damit dealen könnte und ich glaube, dass ist der Punkt um den es den VAE-Behörden geht ... Was ich als Europäer bzw. Ausländer mache ist denen glaub ich egal - aber ich könnte ja die Pillen an Einheimische weitergeben ... -

hier ist nochmal Christine, ich muss seit neuesten leider Antidepressiva nehmen.
Das Attest von meinem Hausarzt war kein Problem, aber das Gesundheitsamt weigert sich auch einen Stempel draufzumachen. Sie behaupten für Dubai braucht man das nicht und wenn überhaupt dann nur für Medis die unter das Betäubungsmittelgesetz fallen.
Das ist aber bei Insidon nicht der Fall.
Hat jemand auch schon so einen Fall gehabt und kann mir jemand helfen?

ich habe mich so durch den ganzen Thread gearbeitet, was sehr hilfreich für mich war.
Auch den Hinweis mit den Guidelines fand ich prima.
Doch nun stellt sich mir eine konkrete Frage. Ich habe eine Medikament das auf der CDB-Liste steht und möchte es mit nach Neuseeland über Dubai mitnehmen. Laut der Guidelines darf ich POMs mit mir führen wenn ich eine valid medical prescription (in Englisch?) besitze. Ist das korekt?Beste Grüße und vielen Dank im Voraus,

Wir fliegen am Wochenende in die Emirate und leider sind mir die Bestimmungen für die Medikamente nicht ganz klar. Die Liste des Auswärtigen Amtes funktioniert momentan nicht und wir mussten uns deshalb eine alte Liste zuschicken lassen, die leider nicht mehr aktuell ist.
Was ist mit Paracetamol? Kann ich das mitnehmen? Auf der Liste sind auch Medikamente mit Paracetamol, allerdings ist immer ein anderer Inhaltsstoff fett gedruckt. Gehe ich richtig davon aus, dass dann nur der fett gedruckte Inhaltsstoff verboten ist? Die vom Auswärtigen Amt hat auch irgendwas wegen Paracetamol gesagt, aber ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass das verboten ist
Was ist mit Mitteln gegen Reiseübelkeit (z. B. Vomex oder Superpep), kann ich die mitnehmen? Auf meiner Liste habe ich nichts gefunden, aber ich habe Angst, etwas übersehen zu haben. Hilfe -

ich kann die Aufregung nicht verstehen, fliege seit Jahren mehrfach in die Emirate und hatte Probleme wegen der Medizin.
Du kannst deine ganz normale Hausapotheke mitnehmen, das wird niemanden stören. Also so war es bei mir und ich bin bestimmt schon 80mal in DXB gewesen.Ciao Daniel

Paracetamol gibt's in Dubai auch. Nur keine Aufregung- ich verstehe die Panikmache auch nicht. Scheint wohl sowas zu sein, wie das Ungeheuer von Loch Ness- kommt immer wieder mal.
Ich bin noch NIE gefragt worden, noch wurde mein Gepäck gecheckt (bis auf das Durchleuchten bei der Ankunft, wo aber keiner auf den Bildschirm guckt); und das mittlerweile bei etwa 55 Reisen dorthin. Ganz entspannt angehen, nur keine Drogen mitnehmen und Schlafmittel sollen auch kritisch sein; aber das sind auch die "harten" Dinger. Zuhause lassen würde ich auch Medikamente mit Codein (Drogenersatz!).

in den nächsten Wochen steht mein erster Dubaiurlaub an und ich bin ein wenig verwirrt über die Einfuhr von Medikamenten. Ich werde einfach nicht schlau daraus, weil jeder was anderes schreibt.
Mir ist es wichtig zu wissen, ob ich meine Reisetabletten von ratiopharm und meine Kopfschmerztabletten (Dolarmin Migräne) mitnehmen kann. Ohne die wäre ich aufgeschmissen.

Selbstverständlich-kein Thema ! Lass Dich nicht verrückt machen. Wie schon gesagt: es interessiert NIEMANDEN ! Ich habe auch immer 'ne ganze Apotheke dabei; hat sich noch NIE jemand für interessiert !
