hatte dies letztes Jahr genauso gemacht und hat dann alles geklappt.
Gab keinerlei Probleme.
Wir haben Mumbai, Kochi und Goa angefahren.
Einfach den Reiseverlauf beifügen.
War alles ganz easy.
Wir hatten die Pässe mit den eingefügten Visa innerhalb von 10 Tagen wieder in unserem Briefkasten.

ich hatte im Okt. bei Simba (Phuket) nach einer Tour nachgefragt. Zum damaligen Zeitpunkt konnte man mir bez. eines Termins noch keine Auskunft geben, da die Zeiten der Gezeiten noch nicht feststanden. Nun im Dezember ist man schlauer, nachstehende Antwort habe ich auf meine damalige Anfrage erhalten:

The tide is ok 29th April 2013 so would be pleased to offer you a charter for this date.
The cost to Charter the boat to Phi-Phi starts at 37,000 THB this includes captain and crew, Jenny or my self as your host to make sure things run smoothly, bottled water, soft drinks, fresh fruit, cakes.
Then you have to add on items that are costed out at a per person rate like return hotel transfers National Park Fees, Lunch, canoeing. All these work out to be 1,200 THB per person.
If you would like to book we require the following information:
The name the charter is booked under -
How many guests you are booking for -
Your arrival and departure times -
If these dates are ok with you and are ready to book please let us know via a return email.
We do require a deposit of 25,000 THB to confirm a charter booking.
You can do this using PayPal (simply use simbaseatrips@gmail.com as the payment recipient).
On confirmation of the deposit we will let you know the balance owed, which is payable 7 days before the charter via paypal.
Once we received your deposit we will send you a confirmation email using the information you have kindly sent us.

Cancellation Policy : Please read.
Cancellations within 14 days of the trip, 50% of the total cost will be charged. Cancellations within 7 days of the trip, or a no show or own transfer to the departure point late 100% of the total cost will be charged this means the full cost of the trip,trips or charter booked. you would not only loose the deposit you would be required to pay the balance stated on the confirmation email.
In the case of sickness we will try to move you to an alternative date, but the cancellation policy still stands and the full balance amount is due on the booked trip day. You can then claim of your holiday Insurance to recover the cost
If Simba company cancel a trip and can not reschedule during your time in Phuket we will refund all deposits.
Ich vermute mal, da das Ganze ja nicht gerade billig ist, dass sich nicht allzuviele Interessenten melden werden, um ein ganzes Boot für uns alleine zu chartern. Trotzdem würde mich eine Rückmeldung interessieren, vielleicht wäre es dann möglich bei Einzelbuchungen über den Preis zu verhandeln. Daher bitte um baldige Rückmeldung, da wir (bisher 3 Teilnehmer) ansonsten unabhängig buchen werden.

Hallo Horst,
eine Freundin ist gerade von Phuket zurück und hat mir von ihrem Ausflug nach Phi Phi berichtet. Sie hat vor Ort gebucht und p.P. etwa 45 - 50 € bezahlt. Es waren ca. 20 Personen an Bord.
Der Ausflug hat ihr gefallen ,war laut ihrem Empfinden allerdings sehr touristisch mit großem Personenaufkommen an den angefahrenen Destinationen. Rückkehr war gegen 17 Uhr. Wenn es über Costa angeboten würde , da wäre man natürlich zeitlich auf der sicheren Seite .....
Wir waren vor über 20 Jahren schon mal da , da war es noch sehr idyllisch

Our aim has always been to avoid the mass market crowds that seem to be everywhere. Our sunrise trip is what is says on the label - 6:30am departure from Royal Phuket Marina. By leaving at this time, we can avoid most of the crowds in Phi Phi for the first few hours, leaving you with the beautiful islands all to yourselves. Because of this early departure, we are trying to book adults only - kids don't generally like travelling early.
The Phi Phi Sunrise trip is truly the best way to see these magnificent islands. The usual crowds that flock to Phi Phi don't arrive at Maya Bay until 10:30am, so by then you'll be off to the next deserted beach. After lunch, we try to be back at the Marina by 2:30pm, so you still have time for a shower and drinks.
So, wie ich es verstanden habe, ist man um 2:30 zurück an der Ablegestelle, dann müßte m.E. genügend Zeit sein um pünktlich zum Schiff zurückzukommen.

habe auch nochmals nachgelesen: we try to be back at 2.30 pm - wenn 14.30 oder auch 15 Uhr Rückkehr an der Marina klappt, dann würde das vermutlich reichen... Aber was mich stört ist, dass man sofort bezahlt und was macht man, wenn das Schiff aus irgendeinem Grund die Route ändert oder früher ablegt? Ich würde sehr gerne Phi Phi Island sehen, kann mich aber noch nicht durchringen. Schade, dass Costa das nicht anbietet und gleichermassen: warum bietet es Costa nicht an? Der Grund könnte interessant sein, da sicher viele gerne dorthin möchten?
Von einer Kollegin, die jährlich in dieser Region Urlaub macht, wurde mir auch von Phi Phi Islands abgeraten, da sich tagsüber die Touristen gegenseitig in die Hacken treten, da es so überlaufen sein soll.

wir waren im Mai 2010 auf Phuket und haben den Ausflug mit der Firma EU Travel mit einem Spedboot gemacht, für 1400 Baht pro Person. Ich kriege es nicht hin den Reisetip zu verlinken, es waren 3 Inseln, eine Insel wo Affen am Strand sind war auch dabei.
Ich kann nur sagen Menschen über Menschen, die Longtailboote machten tierischen Krach.
Was ich noch empfehlen kann ist eine Halbtagesausflug zu den 3 Khai Inseln, mit dem Speedbot ca. 15 Minuten von Phuket entfernt, man sitzt im Wasser und die Fische ******* einem aus der Hand.
Elke, ich werde im neuen Jahr mal Kontakt mit HC aufnehmen, wir sind ja bei User Treffen mehr als die Truppe auf Malle, vielleicht sponsert HC ein wenig.

Das Problem ist einfach das wir erst 14.00 Uhr ankommen, so bleibt nur der 2. Tag, würde aber für eine Halbtagestour ( vormittag ) nach den Khai Inseln passen, hat mir dort besser gefallen als in Phi Phi, es gibt dazu auch einen Reisetip.

der Tip steht auf Seite 13, der fünfte von oben, ( Ausflug zu den 3 Khia Inseln, einfach ein Traum ), Bilder sind auch dabei.
Ich persönlich fand, es war der schönste Ausflug in unserem Urlaub und wir waren nur unterwegs.
