We booked a hotel in costa rica with them and shortly before we left they told us the hotel could not honor the bookong and therefore offered us an alternative hotel and a regunf of 250 Euros. We accepted this becsuse it was Christmas. 
The alternative hitel was miserable and we are still waiting for the refund!!
They are liars and frauds.

DO NOT BOOK WITH LOWCOSTHOLIDAYS!!!!!
