Hello, we are from Belgium and just back from our holiday in Hotel Marina Royal Palace (07 July - 14 July).
For the people who are going to that Hotel: DON'T WORRY, YOU WILL HAVE A GREAT HOLIDAY.
We have had a great holiday. We have had the 10 % discount because not everything was ready. For the discount we have made 2 excursions and for the rest we have had a value-ticket for our next holiday.
The Duni Resort is a magnificient Resort. There are very much things to do and there is plenty of animation.
THE COMPLETE HOTEL WILL BE READY THIS WEEKEND (restaurant, reception) AND I AM SURELY THAT YOU ARE GONE LIKE IT.
So, to everybody: have a nice holiday.
p.s.: Next year we are going to the USA holiday, but in the future we have plans to go back to Bulgaria and it will be the same Hotel.

Here is the latest information from Neckermann Belgium. Sorry, it's in English because my German is not so good and the language dutch you can't understand I think.
We have watched this forum for the last weeks and we have finded some important information. Also thank you for the pictures (Ursula and Petra). We are leaving next Wednesday (07/07) for the hotel Marina Royal Palace.
An inspector from Neckermann Belgium has visited the hotel for a last update, he is back in Belgium since 01 july.
The hotel is open and it is correct that 2 wings from the hotel are still under construction, you can see that also on the pictures. They are not working on it for the moment. The reception is improvised. The rooms for the guests (1 wing) are ready, the swimming pool and the restaurant is also ready. There is no telephone yet on the room.
For the rest seems everything okay. The inspector has spoken with many guests and they had not too much complains.
They (Neckermann Belgium) are knowing that the hotel is not completely ready and the are giving a discount off 10% on your holiday if you have complaints. Attention: you must ask for it yourselves !
So we are going to ask the 10 % discount. And hopely we are going to enjoy our holiday next wednesday. I hope also that I can meet some friendly Germans.
