My 4 year old son was sick before landing. Probably ear pain. He was screaming and started vomiting. We called the stewardess many times. I asked if she could ask other passangers if they have Otriven nasal spray. The only thing she said: I should put him in his seat which was full of vomit because of security reasons! A four year old child sick and screaming. She did not inform her supervisor. On landing she even check if he was ok. We just sat there in his vomit until everyone get of the airplane. When I addressed the supervisor, he said he was not notified and appologized. I asked the Name of this crew so I can file a complaint. I was again told because of safety the can not comply. At the exit of the Front of the plain I addressed the captain for help and asked his name. He told me to go on the bus because everyone was waiting. We did so, but zero empathy. No one cared. I took pictures of my son sitting alone in his vomit. I have never experienced such cold and bad trestement and do not wish such a horrible experience to an other human. I will never fly your Company and will complain with booking and ask for legal council. No assistance, no appology. Just inhuman and unprofessional behaviour.
