Vielleicht hilft dies hier auch schon etwas weiter :
" 240 250 260 270 etc are end of row with a sea gap to the next set of 10 villas
They are the most private as you effectively have one only 1 neighbour
231 241 251 261 etc are the first room in the row. As they have no neighbour to the left ,they are completely open with no fencing to the left . Your fencing to the left comes from the neighbour to the left as the villas only have their own fencing on the right of the villa.
As we walked along the boarding to our villA we could clearly see our neighbours at 251 on their decking, in the jacuzzi and through all the windows on the left side of the room so avoid rooms ending in 1 "
" 231 will give you a partial view to the left as well as straight ahead but will mean anyone on the island to the left and those in the sea will see you in and out if your villa. The sunset is to the right of the villas which is the most important view. "
Ob es an einer Außenvilla generell windiger ist weiss ich nicht. Nur wenn es sehr warm und schwül ist ( was ja fast immer der Fall ist ) , ist eigentlich jeder dankbar dafür wenn es etwas weht. Allerdings beginnt ja im Mai die Regenzeit und der Wind kommt zu dieser Zeit dann aus Südwest und damit frontal auf die Wasservillenseite. Da kann dann schon bei Sturm richtig die Post abgehen....
