Sorry that I am writing in English, but I moved to Germany recently. I would like to describe my short and very bad experience with AllTours.
Thing happened on 12.09.2014 around 17:00. I went to the AllTours office in (Hamburg) Glockengießerwall 17 and was waiting about 10minutes since a guy finishes his phone call. During the call making very weird face...
When I finally went in I asked him if he speaks English, he answered: Nein, Deutsch!
I said: OK, thanks, bye!
After few seconds he started talking (in ENGLISH!!!): We are in Germany! We speak German!
I was very dissapointed and told him only that I am learning German and right now he lost a client, because of his impolitness.
I have been living in Hamburg for 9 months and this is first this kind of situation that happened to me.
I am really sorry, because AllTours just have lost about 6 clients at once, from my side...
