Thank you for great forum, I'm using it many years.
I don't speak German great, so will speak English if I may 
Please help me to solve my problem with booking on TUI.
I've booked hotel only, TUI tried to charge my creditcard (on 25.08.) but it wasn't successful. I've contacted with my bank and everything is good with my card.
I've written to TUI service centre, then I was calling them, they mailed to account department of TUI. Still no reply from accountant department of TUI and no attempts to charge my card again.
My vacation is soon and this hotel will be second in my trip, so I will leave home soon for our first hotel. But no voucher because no payment.
What can I do else in this situation to accelarate the process with my payment?
