Ja, am 4.November.
Das war ein Sieg im Krieg gegen die Polen, 1612.

A person, who wrote, that germans are dirty and do not like to wash themselves, agreed, that there are different germans.

November" schreiben? Sozialistische Oktoberrevolution? Das ist jetzt auch nicht ein Feiertag.

die Russen uns Deutsche immer wieder "Kapitalistenschweine" nennen ?
Naturlich, nein. Es war DDR auch, kein Kapitalismus.
Und jetzt haben wir unsere eigene Kapitalisten.....

Anthos, ist es nicht so
Yes, all you have written takes place - sometimes.
In most cases it does not. And I think it does not depend on nationality.

I like the way Germans have a rest. There a lot of Germans in Alanya, they often buy in Turkey appartments. I thik they are like all other nationalities.

I do have shame in Turkey only because of Russians.
Germans, in my opinion, behave themselves much better.

Remember, I just translate from turkey.ru.

But it's very wide-spread point of view - we are not very popular abroad in comparisson with "genuine" europeans.

Once , when I worked in Turkey, on 9th of May there was a firework in hotel. Russian shouted: "Hura", and Germans silently slipped from chairs... And then Russian, having got drunk, began to sing songs about war, and Germans began to outvoice their songs.... I do not know, with whom it was more a shame...

Nevertheless Turks love them more. It is, certainly, insulting ! I was sitting yesterday in a confectioner's shop with the child and the daddy, we take a lot of food, for such rather big sum........ To us so all is coldish, without a smile and other. After that, elderly German pair comes , they have taken two coffees, all personal of the shop + the owner come at ones with assurances of respect and so on....... Certainly with questions about weather, nature, mood....... Here nobody has not asked me about weather They were talking half-hour not less.

I have nothig to say about Germans.
Just that some Russians are used to through them in the pool on 9 of May.
And they are dirty - do not like to wash themselves.

Germans like Germans... Recently terrible behaviour did not meet. About five years ago in one hotel German children, rushed in a crowd, shouted, all have swept away on the way (and it not only in the afternoon, but also at night), on what their parents absolutely did not react in any way.
Sorry, English again.
I'm very glad, that most of Germans do not consider us to be
"bad guys" a priori, as a nation. I started the same topic on Russian travel forum (www.turkey.ru), there will be results soon - it could be interesting...
But I am almost sure, there will be all the same.

I've heard enough of "wild drunk germans" in Antalya, singing their songs aloud all night....
Curious, isn't it?
