Schöne großzügige Anlage mit außergwöhnlich freundlichem Personal und schönem Strand. Zimmer OK aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Gastronomie ausbaufähig.
Wir hatten die Familien Deluxe Suite mit Seaview. Sehr geräumig. Der Raum ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt teilweise etwas abgenutzt. Das Schlafsofa ist extrem unbequem und hart. Dafür ist der Raum sehr geräumig und hat zwei Balkone. Es ist alles sehr sauber.
Leider passt die Bettenanzahl der Anlage überhaupt nicht zu den Kapazitäten des Hauptrestaurants ( Frühstück, Abendessen). Kantinenatmosphäre und lange Schlangen waren hier die Normalität und verdarben uns teilweise die Freude am Essen. Die Qualität des Essens war bis auf wenige Ausnahmen mehr Masse als Klasse. Die Auswahl war hingegen groß. Das Slatbuffet und die Dessertauswahl waren lecker und frisch. Beim Frühstück fehlten frische Obstsalate. Stattdessen gab es Dosenananas und Dosenpfirsiche. Frische meist unreife Äpfel, Birnen und Bananen zum Selbstaufschneiden.
Extrem freundliches Personal. Sehr aufmerksam.
Westseite der Anlage grenzt an eine Hauptstraße, die in den angrenzenden Zimmern der Nebengebäude deutlich zu hören ist. Rings um das Hotel ist keine Infrastruktur und ein Mietwagen ist zu empfehlen. Die Region ist eher für einen Strand-/Relax-/Badeurlaub zu empfehlen. Um Highlights zu erleben(z.B. Meteora Klöster) muss man lange fahren. Der Pool und der Strand wurde nach unserem Empfinden mit einem etwas nervigen Internetradiosender in Endlosschleife und viel zu laut beschallt. Die Lautstärke wurde trotz mehrfachen Wunsch unterschiedlicher Gäste nicht reduziert.

Regarding our rooms and our Main Restaurant, our resort is under regular improvement and every year we make partial renovations in our buildings and enhancements in organization in our establishment. Our guest rooms’ isolation, I would like to point out that all of our guestrooms are fully isolated. As for our food, we have a variety in our dinner buffet as every night we offer a different menu (Greek night, Italian night, Fish night) on top of our regular options. In addition, our food is being prepared by executive Chefs who strive to achieve the best service and give our guests an unforgettable tasting experience. Providing the best quality, taste and satisfying the preferences of our guests is of high importance to us. Also, if we were informed about the fact that the food was not to your liking while you were in-house, we would have gladly prepared something different for you. Moreover, our resort’s location is one of our strongest points according to the majority of our guests. It is at the same time isolated providing a unique privacy for relaxation but in 2 km you can also visit the village of Kriopigi or the village of Polichrono in order to find yourself among locals. However, we assure you that we will take your remarks into serious consideration as through your feedback we can ameliorate ourselves.
