It brings me joy to learn that you enjoyed our facilities and received excellent service from our dedicated team members. While I am glad that your overall impressions were positive, I do regret that we were unable to fully meet your expectations. We carefully reviewed your comments regarding the food, as we regularly update our menus to ensure variety and quality.
