was essen betrifft nicht viel Auswahl. Es gab nichts für die Kindern es stand in Beschreibung das es Kinderbetreuung oder Mini Club gab aber es gab nichts Jeden Nachmittag kamen zwei Frauen und habe Wassersport gemacht nur für polnische Gästen Eis und einige Getränke musste man kaufen Der Küchen personal war sehr unfreundlich bei der Nachfrage von Hotel manger hiess der Leiter kommt aus Rumänien und wir wessen es das er unmenschlich und unfreundlich ist. Ich frage mich wenn Mann es weißt dass der Leiter sehr unfreundlich und unmenschlich ist dann tut man es auch was dagegen das ganze Abläufe im Restaurant und allgemein im Hotel war nicht in Ordnung. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr übermüdet und unfreundlich Wenn man an der Bartheke stand und wollte was bestellen wurde man nicht mal begrüßt. Meine Kindern sind froh das wir wieder zu Hause sind was sehr traurig ist wir wollten ein schönes Familienurlaub machen.

Dear L.K, Fist of all we want to thank you for choosing our Hotel for your holidays although I feel that you are quite unfair with what you are writing in your review. As you know, all the Hotels have rules. One rule of Corali Hotel is that it is not allowed to take plates with food outside of the restaurant for safety regulations. When the waiter (politely) asked you that this is not allowed (taking three plates of food out of the restaurnt, in order to consume it later) you became furious and went to the reception where you made a great deal out of it. Everyone talked to you calmly, includind myself, the front office manager, and the manager himself. It seemed that you wouldn't calm down even though it was absolutely your fault. After this incident it seemed that you had a personal issue with the waiter who was only trying to do his job. In the days that followed you were trying to cause problems whenever you had the chance. Thank God you are one of the very few guests that find our personell not to be polite. It is a good thing that you are at home again with your children.
