Please be informed that our beach bar closes at sunset, We are pleased to offer guests continued service at the Waves Bar, which remains open until 23:00 hrs. for those who wish to relax and unwind with a drink later in the evening. With meticulous attention to detail, our culinary and service teams are dedicated to ensuring that every guest enjoys the ultimate dining experience. Please be assured that your feedback has been noted and shared with our respective team for their future insight. On another note, allow me to inform you that we have ample sun loungers available throughout resort facilities (an average of +70 free loungers available). Due to enormous demand, the family pool and kids pool have a limited number of sun loungers; however, this is based on guest preference and remains subject to availability. To ensure that our guests have the most satisfying experience, our dedicated culinary & service team at each outlet, and our guest relations with duty managers at the lobby are always on hand to assist with any special concerns/requests.
