Reines Familienhotel! Balkon: keine Privatsphäre durch nur hüfthohe Abgrenzung zum Nachbarn. Kein Sonnenschutz, damit war der Balkon, außer zum Wäscheaufhängen, nicht nutzbar. Liegen am Pool ab 6:15 belegt. Pappbecher und Holzlöffel auf dem Zimmer. Kein Kosmetikspiegel/-Papier. Dauergeräusch von Lüftung. Lärm beim Essen. Kater markiert Stühle und Tische (würg!!!). Kein Dresscode zum Dinner (mit Badelatschen und im Sportdress kein Problem! Hier achtet niemand drauf). Gartenanlage ungepflegt und mit Müll. Das Griechische Restaurant durch Hochzeiten an 8 Tagen nicht buchbar. Zimmer veraltet und farblos. Mixgetränke an der Bar (z.B. Caipi) als vorbereitete Mischung aus der Fladche. Hatte mit Cocktails nichts zu tun. Am Pool kein Adultbereich. Essen ca. 6 Hauptgerichte an 3 Buffetstationen gleich. Entgegen der Beschreibung kein deutschsprachiges Personal. Das ist für mich kein Erholungsurlaub in einem 5 Sterne Hotel. Absolut keine Weiterempfehlung! Ich ärgere mich hier gebucht zu haben. Obwohl wir den Transfer mit Mail-Bestätigung abbestellt hatten, war er auf Nachfrage noch immer gebucht. Alles in allem: Keine schöne Unterkunft - keinesfalls nochmal!

Dear Sabine, Thank you for your review as it is undoubtedly true that we always welcome our guests to share their personal view of our Resort's facilities and services so as to define what they liked most and on the other hand shed some light on our weak points as there is always space for improvements. It seems however that we fell short of all of your holiday standards and you could not find a single thing to like about our resort and this is really worrying as we accommodate hundreds of guests on weekly basis and the majority of them love staying with us and wish to return in the near future... Some of the guests admire the stunning views over the crystal clear Homeric Ionian sea right in front the Resort, some of them find pure bliss just by laying down on our peaceful gardens and olive groves, others like the state of the fun Waterslides or the cascading pools, others compliment us on the plethora of food options on offer that manage to cater for all tastes while others find joy in taking part on our Activities and Entertainment daily full scale programme... To conclude with, although we are deeply concerned about your comments we honestly feel that it goes without saying that our team puts a great effort every day in order for our dear guests to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
