Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing Jaz Aquamarine to spend your holiday. My team and I would also like to thank you for your critical and valued feedback. We are extremely committed to delivering the perfect holiday experience for each and every guest and are disappointed that on this occasion we failed to achieve this for you. However, we would like to thank you for your positive comments about our location, room, desserts pools and well-kept grounds. With regards to your comments about the food, we are sorry that this was not to your taste but we are catering for a number of different nationalities each with their own tastes and expectations and the majority of our guests are more than happy with the food provided. However, if you are unable to find something to suit then our chefs are more than happy to prepare something especially for you. We would like to note, that during your stay, you have been introduced to the managers of both of our main restaurants, who were more than happy to help you order the food you requested. Nevertheless, our chefs are constantly reviewing and updating our menus so perhaps on a return visit you may find it more to your own liking. The Animation Team work mostly in the Active Area and part of the beach during the day. A list of daily events is printed on their notice board that available all around the resort. We do have a relaxing area, where we do not provide entertainment, as it is providing relaxation for our guests. The evening entertainment is listed as "low-key" but even so we offer a nightly show (four times from outside sources) and live music in the Bars several times a week. We do have the main entertainment on the lobby terrace, only during the winter season, during the summer season it is organized on the beach. On the Waves bar terrace, on the other hand, there is every evening a more relaxed entertainment ongoing with live music. With regards to your comments about the Wi-Fi signal around the hotel it is highlighted in the brochure that the Wi-Fi is unlimited „limited speed” – which means that it is suitable for checking social media, but not for downloading. We would like to mention that during your stay, you spoke with the Guest Relation team, who referred you to the reception and offered you extra a la carte visits, with which you were satisfied with.
