Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Secrets Cap Cana. Gleich von der ersten Minute an hat man sich willkommen und erholt gefühlt. Unser Butler Leonardo hat uns in Empfang genommen und war jederzeit für uns erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen oder Wünsche hatten - einfach super! Die Anlage ist sehr schön, gepflegt und überschaubar. Es gibt zwei Bereiche. Der „normale“ und der „Preffered“ Bereich. Wir waren im Preffered Club und konnten zusätzlich von einem weiteren Pool, separaten Strandbereich, mehr Restaurants und Butler profitieren. Das Hotel bietet tolles Unterhaltungsprogramm an, dezent aber für jeden was dabei ( Makrame Kurs, Armbänder am Strand basteln, Yoga und und und ). Der Strand direkt vorm Hotel ist traumhaft! Der Service top! Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Abends gibt es kein Buffet, dafür hat man die Auswahl zwischen mehreren A la Carte Restaurants ( französisch, italienisch, mexikanisch, Grill, Fisch, asiatisch). Alle top, besonders das Französische. Das schafft eine angenehme Atmosphäre im Hotel. Die Shows abends sind klasse. Ich kann das Hotel zu 100% weiterempfehlen!
Sehr aufmerksamer und super freundlicher Service. Hier gibts nichts zu bemängeln!
Am traumhaften Strand gelegen. Der Sand ist weiß wie Puderzucker!
