I would like to highlight that we appreciate both positive and negative comments as through your feedback we can see our operation from your side and thus become better. Regarding the rooms, our hotel is under regular improvement and every year we make partial renovations both in buildings and in organization in our establishment. As for our room service, we never had a similar complaint. It is unfortunate that you did not inform us of your concerns while you were in-house as it is our company's policy to resolve any issues that may arise during guests’ stay at the hotel.
