Dear Marianne , Morning greetings from sunny Rhodes. We thank you for reviewing your overall stay with us, however I am truly sorry to know that you experienced some issues which they were not resolved, although our Guest Relations Executive met with you four times & probably, we could be able to rectify these challenges & revert any unfortunate experiences. Concerning the food quality & selection of dining options, we provide the best raw ingredients & as you can also read from other guests reviews they mostly praising the quality & the service from our team members throughout all resort's departments. The infinity pool apparently is not for diving but very much suitable for swimming, having a water tonage of 1,100 cubic meters and having 1,20cm depth for obvious safety reasons! I am sure the crystal clean sea waters of Vlycha bay would be an excellent option for diving or snorkeling. As for the water shortage, it is not fair to blame the hotel since from our end we mentioned that these shortages were from the greater vicinity of the Kalathos village area & under NO circumstances the responsibility of the hotel. However, we were able to inform all our guests & luckily enough the water cut offs were made during very early morning hours with the mininal effect on any guests well being. Finally we thank you for the nice comments regarding our breakfast & also note that the resort rates are comparable with other 5-star establishments in the vicinity & not comparable with stand alone restaurants, coffee shops or tavernas!! So any comparison with such venues I am afraid is not fair & comparable at all. Be rest assured that if you are planning to visit us again these issues will not occur again and we will do our utmost to guarantee you have a better experience. We hope we can have the honour to welcoming you back in the near future. With kind regards, Georgios Chatziemmanouil - Complex General Manager
