Your suggestion of having a mobile parasol is duly noted, and we will certainly look into providing this option for our guests in the future. We are really sorry that you have faced issues with your stomach, and surely we can not completely guarantee that we could never have stumbled ourselves, however we did not have complaints or comments of such type from other guests during and after your stay (considering that all guests consume food from the same kitchen), as well both food and water quality and hygiene are being constantly inspected by the Ministry of Health and our German hygiene partner - TUV Nord. Regarding the issue of drinking water, we understand your concerns about the use of glass bottles instead of plastic. Our hotel has taken a strong stance on reducing plastic waste and promoting sustainability. While we acknowledge that this may not have been the most convenient option for you, we believe it is important to prioritize the well-being of our environment.
