Das Hotel ist etwas veraltet, aber immer noch gut nutzbar. Die Lage ist absolut top, wenn auch kein eigener privater Strandabschnitt angeboten wird. Leider wurde der Pool bei unserem Aufenthalt renoviert, so das wir auf einen kleinen Gemeinschaftspool ausweichen mussten. Das Hausinterne Restaurant, ist tip top. Ansonsten erreicht man in Dubai alles einfach und schnell mit dem Taxi, daher ist die Verkehrsanbindung eigentlich eh uninteressant.

  • Der Service war etwas holprig und stellenweise sehr unbedarft. Man wusste an der Rezeption viele Details zum Restaurant nicht, bei Fragen zu Dubai war es eher dürftig

  • Perfekte Lade am JBR und der Marina Mall. Essenslokale in Hülle und Fülle drum herum.

    Dear Danny, Please allow me to reply in English. Thank you for taking the time to review us following your recent experience with us. Thank you for your feedback about our hotel. We have been working with our owners on a plan for improvement in product and the good news is that the works have almost finished and all of our rooms and furniture are looking fresh and modern. And thank you for your feedback regarding the closure of our swimming pool. It is true that our swimming pool was closed for a full renovation. The good news is that the pool and pool deck are fully renovated and complete. I am sorry you missed the reopening of our pool and that this also had an impact on your stay. I also appreciate for your feedback regarding the lack of private beach. Just to avoid a misunderstanding, we do not advertise having a private beach, but we do our best to provide our guests some assistance to enjoy their time at the public beach by offering towels and a beach bag. Besides this, I am delighted to know that you had a nice dining experience in our hotel. Our hotel is a great place to be spoilt with attention and delicious food presented by our chefs and we make every effort to ensure your expectations are exceeded. I was also concerned to see your feedback about your experience with some of our colleagues. I am sorry that you had such a different impression about our team members. We are well known for our attentive and friendly team members, who treat each guest with the same respect and I am saddened that you felt otherwise. I have also noticed your feedback about our reception team. To be honest this is unusual feedback, as all our team members are aware of all information about our restaurants. With regards to the information about Dubai, I am sorry you missed our concierge team who is always happy to assist you with any questions related to Dubai.
