Dear Rainer, Thank you for choosing our resort for your holidays and sharing your feedback online. We are sad to read that your stay wasn't exceptional. Allow us to say that If you wish for a tranquil and calmer holiday experience, August was not the ideal month for you as not only the resort but the island, in general, is extremely busy. We would like to suggest April, Mai, and October as ideal months of visitation for you and your family when there are not so many guests around and you can thoroughly enjoy more not only the hotel facilities but the island and its beauties in general. Regarding the room, it might felt too small for you and we are sorry for any inconvenience felt, but you chose to book a double room. Kindly be informed that we also have family rooms, with separate bedrooms for more space and privacy. We believe that one of those rooms would have suited more to your needs and liking and elevated the overall experience.
