However many Tour Operators give to Stamatia Hotel on the Tour Operators rating 3* + and sometimes also give 4 *.This evaluation depends from the Tour Operator. The Fries every day, are extra item on the Buffet menu, as we know that our young guests love fries and eat them with pleasure. Our breakfast Buffet is a very big buffet including many Cold and hot items, plus salds and cereals, live cooking , fruits. etc For children we do offer what we advertise. May be you didn’t notice that we do have 2 lifts. One in Lobby and one at the North side, side entrance Unfortunately, we were unaware that the Air-condition in your room was not working , as we didn’t find have any report from you. and we apologise for any inconvenience it may have caused to you Your feedback was shared with our team, and we look forward to the opportunity to welcome you back and exceed your expectations.
