Scheinbar gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aber bei genauerer Betrachtung sehr unsauber. Lage top, Personal sehr freundlich aber schlechtes Essen, ungenießbare Getränke, unsaubere Räume, Zimmer leider auch mit Kakerlaken und Pappbecher und Teller in Massen statt Maßen.
Unsauber. Mussten es uns mit Kakerlaken teilen. Klospülung funktionierte nicht regelmäßig und Siffon tropfte. Steckdosen Mangelware. Sehr hellhörig. Föhn eine Katastrophe.
Essen und Getränke leider nicht sehr genießbar. Frühstück leider erst ab 7 Uhr möglich. Hier gilt die Devise lieber weg werfen als Spülen. Ich will gar nicht wissen was hier an Pappmüll zusammen kommt. Draußen wird ALLES in Pappbechern oder auf Papptellern serviert. Hartplastik-Produkte werden lediglich in den Restaurants genutzt.
Überwiegend freundliches Personal
Wassertaxi nach Rhodos-Stadt und Lindos direkt vom Hotel aus möglich. Bus nach Faliraki fährt regelmäßig und dauert etwa 12 Minuten

All rooms are thoroughly cleaned daily by our housekeeping team and inspected by our housekeeping manager to ensure high standards. Most of our guests consistently praise the cleanliness of our facilities. We apologize if your experience did not reflect this, and had we been informed of any issues during your stay, we would have immediately addressed them to ensure your comfort. As our hotel is set within a large, lush garden environment, it is possible for insects to enter rooms when balcony doors are left open. For this reason, we recommend keeping balcony doors closed and using the A/C to maintain a comfortable indoor environment and prevent any such inconvenience. Regarding the use of paper and plastic items, please note that as a family-friendly hotel, we prioritize the safety of our young guests by avoiding the use of glassware in certain areas. This is in line with our safety protocols, especially around pool and beach zones. We are also sorry to hear you experienced difficulties with the hairdryer and other room amenities. Had we known, we would have responded immediately to resolve any issue and provide replacements or repairs where necessary. We understand your frustration regarding sunbeds. While we ensure there are enough loungers to accommodate all our guests, certain areas tend to be more popular and get occupied earlier in the day. However, there are also quieter and equally pleasant areas where sunbeds are more readily available.
