Das Hotel ist recht modern, jedoch wirkt die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter sehr künstlich. Der Check-in entsprach nicht den Hilton-Standards (man wurde auf zu wenig aufmerksam gemacht).
Modernes Zimmer, jedoch für Diamond-Statusingaber ein überschaubares Upgrade (andere Hotels der Hilton-Gruppe sind da spendabler). Hellhörig…
Frühstück ist super.
Unaufmerksame Rezeption. Beim Check-in wurde kaum etwas erwähnt, wie der typische Canopy Tasting-Event. Early-Check-in war möglich. Wunschzimmer (für Check-in aus der App heraus) gab es nicht (5. Etage angefragt, 2. Etage bekommen) mit schlechter Aussicht.
Das Hotel liegt sehr gut, an Creek, jedoch ein paar Meter zur nächsten Metrostation.
