Dear Urlaub We would like to inform you that in the hotel we have 13 different types of rooms. We do not know what type of room you have booked and what your agent presents you, but all the room types are exactly the same with the photos that we have on our web site, and we always provide the room type that the guests book. Also, some room types are in the main building and some others are bungalows but all of them have the same structure. Because we have big gardens, we do pest control twice a month. When we have some issues in the rooms is because of unprotected food or left over from crisps, ice cream etc. in the rooms which makes the ants to come in the room. For that reason, we inform the guests to be careful with food in the rooms.
