24 Stunden stand der Service zur Verfügung. Auftretende Probleme oder Defekte wurden sofort erledigt.
Das Hotel verfügt über einen Sandstrand und ein kleines Riff direkt am Steg. Da das Hotel am Hang liegt, gibt es viele Treppen. Allerdings gibt es auch einen internen Busshuttle.
