Hotel Samaina Inn

auf Deutsch: Wir waren zu Zweit im Juni 2024 im Smaina Inn Hotel auf Samos in Griechenland. Wir sind begeistert von diesem Hotel und vor allem von den Angestellten. Das Hotel ist klein (ca. 120 Zimmer). Dadurch ist es am Buffet nicht überlaufen und die Wartezeiten waren sehr gering. Es waren am Pool und am Strand (Sand/Kies) immer noch Plätze frei. Das gesamte Hotel war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Mindestens zweimal pro Woche wurden sogar die Bezüge der Auflagen der Liegen am Pool gewechselt. Egal ob im Essbereich oder an der Rezeption. Die Mitarbeiter waren immer freundlich, immer hilfsbereit, immer ansprechbar. Einfach toll! Extra erwähnen möchten wir Fillio im Speisesaal, die super freundlich und zuvorkommend war. Evi (Gästebetreuerin), Eva und Ioanna an der Rezeption ebenfalls. Dies gilt auch für die junge, langhaarige, schwarzhaarige, lockige Dame an der Rezeption, deren Namen wir leider nicht wissen. (Sie hat an unserem letzten Tag noch einige Fotos von uns für uns gemacht.) Empfehlen können wir auch den ca. 150 Meter vom Hotel entfernten Autoverleih "Happy Car". Die Kontaktaufnahme lief über die Gästebetreuerin Evi, da wurde es noch einmal 15 Euro günstiger als direkt im Verleih. (Aus dem Hotel raus und dann nach links) Alles in Allem war es ein super Urlaub. 5 Sterne Bewertung für das Hotel und den Service. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Claudia und Marcus auf Englisch: The two of us stayed at the Smaina Inn Hotel on Samos in Greece in June 2024. We love this hotel and especially the staff. The hotel is small (about 120 rooms). This meant that the buffet wasn't overcrowded and the waiting times were very short. There were still places available at the pool and on the beach (sand/gravel). The entire hotel was very clean and well maintained. Even the covers on the loungers at the pool were changed at least twice a week. No matter whether in the dining area or at the reception. The employees were always friendly, always helpful, always approachable. Just great! We would like to especially mention Fillio in the dining room, who was super friendly and accommodating. Evi (guest representative), Eva and Ioanna at reception as well. This also applies to the young, long-haired, black-haired, curly-haired lady at the reception, whose name we unfortunately don't know. (She took some photos of us for us on our last day.) We can also recommend the “Happy Car” car rental service, which is about 150 meters from the hotel. Contact was made via the guest relations manager Evi, and it was another 15 euros cheaper than directly from the rental company.
