2-Klassen Hotel., separate Strandabschnitte (Suitenbenutzer und andere Besucher). Bedienung am Strand erfordert VIEL Geduld. Am besten selbst verpflegen. Schildkröten haben wir keine gesehen. Zuwenig Poolliegen. Obwohl das Hotel im Voraus bezahlt war, hat es die Rezeptionistin nochmals abgebucht, wel sie angeblich keine Zahlung finden könnte. Gott sei Dank hatten wir die Bestätigungen mit. Nach langen Diskussionen wurde die Abbuchung rückgängig gemacht. Abè das Hotelpersonal hat nie schuld. Fazit: wenn schon 2-Klassen Besucher, dann sollte das auch vorab mitgeteilt werden.

Regarding the separate beach a small area on the beach is pre-reserved for our Suite guests. Other guests in other room category are able to pay a small fee and use the same facilities. Our main beach is 800m long and we do have enough sunbeds where we provide drinks and food service as well. We regret any confusion surrounding your payment. Please be assured that this was an isolated misunderstanding, and we are glad that the issue was resolved after showing your confirmation. We always aim to provide efficient service, but we understand how this could have been frustrating. We also apologize for any inconvenience caused by the beach service.
