Personal war super freundlich aber das Hotel ist nicht für Allergiker geeignet. Überall werden Raumdüfte gesprayt. Die Essensauswahl am Abend ist nicht wirklich abwechslungsreich in der Nebensaison, nur ein Rsstaurant hat geöffnet. Mittags gibt es Essen im Little Italy, was OK ist aber alle Speisen sind in Plastik oder sonst wie verpackt und selbst wenn man dort ist bekommt man (außer man isst Pasta) Pappteller und Plastikbecher.
