Wir kommen ca. das 9. mal in dieses Hotel! Sehr gut ist die Lage- Strand + Nähe zur Stadt Puerto Plata. Sehr schöne Poollandschaft. Das Personal ist durchwegs sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit in allen Bereichen! In jedem Aufenthalt bezahlen wir einen Tagesauftenhalt für unsere Familie -19 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder- diese sind jedesmal extrem begeistert über das Essen+Poollandschaft und Personal. Jedoch muß ich mich über 1 Person beschweren: José Luis Rodriguez- Der Direktor für Speisen und Getränke In all unseren Aufenthalten in diesem Hotel sind wir noch nie so einen unfreundlichen und Aroganten Angestellten begegnet. Er ist nicht Kundenorientiert und ich fühle mich jederzeit von Herr Rodriguez beobachtet und kontrolliert- das ist in meinem Urlaub extrem unangenehm und nervig!! Wir verstehen nicht warum dieses Hotel jetzt einen unfreundlichen und nicht Gästeorientiete Person im Team hat.
