Hotel Platanista

Dear Mrs Uschi, Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion. It is very strange , especially in the beginning and at the end of the season of a hotel , to have complaints regarding the noise as usually it is still quiet when taking in consideration the ages of guests travelling at this time of the season, the occoupancy of the hotel etc . Our hotel is at a location where are no main roads around. Although if you have sent an email, for the allocation of the room, is subject of availability, upon your arrival, where nothing is confirmed, however taking into a serious consideration. there are other facts need to check though, such as the room type you have booked and where are these are allocated in our complex. As for the food, We really do not have such complaints, and we are dissapointed by reading this. There is no seperation on our behalf to Greeks, Dutch, English or German people visiting our hotel so we provide such preferable cuisine as you mention. On our description , is written International and Greek cuisine. Greece is famous for her hospitality , where there is no need to be obliged to speak German, as our service and acts can override this fact and help anyone at its best!!!
