Das Management von diesem Hotel sollte sich einmal zusammen setzen und Verbesserungen in Angriff nehmen 👍
Es war soweit in Ordnung bis auf die Dusche, Duschkopf zu nah an der Wand, Wasser musste 1 Minute laufen damit der Gestank weg war 😢 in 14 Tagen fiel mindestens 8 x die Dusche aus
Cocktails können die im Hotel überhaupt nicht zu bereiten 😢 Essen war meist lauwarm und fast jeden Tag das selbige 👍🍷Es gab leider auch keinen guten Kaffee
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und steht's bemüht 👍👍 Leider mussten sie Abends Tische und Stühle hoch und runter schleppen 😢
Eine schöne großläufige Anlage ohne Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ca. 4 Kilometer entfernt ist mit Foodplus ein schöner Laden mit reichlich Auswahl leider nur mit Tuktuk erreichbar 👍

Dear Gerhard, Thank you for having chosen to stay at Papillon Lagoon Reef hotel and finding time to post a review of your holiday with us. We use our guests’ feedback to help improve the experience we offer our customers. Taking your points in turn: Location: Papillon Lagoon Reef is located directly on Diani Beach which is the Kenya’s most beautiful white sandy beach. Guests can choose to travel to close Shopping Centre by taxi or public transport - Tuk Tuk. Room: Our rooms are serviced daily in a manner consistent with good housekeeping practices which many guests appreciate as good. We regularly clean and flush the water system, even in unoccupied rooms. We maintain a logbook at reception to record any requests/incidents/complaints to ensure that issues raised are dealt with immediately to clients’ satisfaction. We cannot trace any room having reported shower breakdown more than once in the whole month of July and August 2023. Kindly share details of your stay – full name, period of stay and room number to help us investigate the claim further. Service: We have well-trained friendly and obliging staff who will do their utmost to ensure that clients enjoy their stay with us. Moving table and chairs between the two restaurants is one of the staff duties which they do willingly. Food: We provide a weekly rotational varied menu of international and local cuisine, endeavoring to please a wide range of tastes, keeping in line with our star rating, which many guests appreciate as good. Whilst most of our guests are happy with the meals and cocktails we provide, we always welcome customer feedback and will look into what improvements we can make in the range/choice/ preparation and service of food, coffee and cocktails. Sports & Entertainment: Our staff are well paid in line with the Labour laws of the Country besides receiving a share of Service Charge. We are not quite sure of what makes you feel that the animators seem to work for free! We have taken your comments positively in a manner to improve the experience we offer our guests and looking forward to welcoming you again to sample the experience.
