Ich würde mir das schriftlich geben lassen vom Reiseveranstalter bzw Hotel, hier wird es nicht ausreichend sein für eine Reklamation. Anfangs waren Sie nicht beheizt, weshalb es für uns ein Ausschlusskriterium war.

Kindly note that we provide a sufficient number of sun loungers at both the beach and pool areas, so finding available spots—even later in the day—is generally not an issue. Regarding the main restaurant, it offers a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, with both indoor and outdoor seating options. We also ensure adequate table availability for all our guests throughout meal times.
