The Clarence Boutique Rooms is just a few hundred yards from the seafront and close to all of Portsmouth's major attractions, including the waterfront development of Gunwharf Quays, Spinnaker Tower and the world-famous Historic Dockyard. Both of Portsmouth's main train stations are just a 5-minute taxi journey away, and the nearest airport is a short car journey of 25 minutes (Southampton). The Clarence offers a restaurant just minutes away - The Garden Restaurant.
- The Clarence is an annex property. Please arrive at the main reception, which is a 3-minute walk away, Florence Road. Breakfast can be taken at The Garden Restaurant a 2 minute walk away - it is not served at the property. The property offers a gastro restaurant The Florence Arms just 3 minutes walk from the property for lunch and dinner. The property offers either free street parking or paid premium private parking (limited) - please pre book with the property after reservation. When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. Please note that all rooms are individually decorated.
