Our St. George Restaurant offers breakfast and an omelet station, a la carte lunches and dinners. Our Stonegrill Restaurant is situated outdoors poolside and features a healthy dining option. Meals are prepared on a lava stone that is preheated to 700 degrees; no oils added. Guests have the opportunity for their tableside cooking at the Stonegrill Restaurant. Baymen Tavern, (named after some of Belize’s early settlers) offers light bar menu items and snacks, local beers, and a wide mix of special cocktails. Some evenings with light local entertainment.
