Villas each with a private pool, only 700 metres from the Marina Rubicón. Each one has a patio with a table and chairs, sun beds and a parasol, a small garden and a barbecue, parking and free WiFi. These excellent villas have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and lounge-diner with direct access to the patio. Two story duplex type, they each have a patio by the pool with a garden and a barbecue which you can enjoy whilst basking in Playa Blanca’s fabulous weather. Each villa comprises of an en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom and an independent bathroom plus another independent bathroom on the ground floor. Provided in the bedroom are a hairdryer and a free-to-use safe, iron and ironing board and a ceiling fans. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, filter coffee machine, hand-blender and kitchen utensils. Also provided are all the cutlery and crockery. The spacious and light lounge-diner, with flat-screen TV via satellite and the CD-DVD player. There is a small outdoor area with clothes airer and washing machine. These villas are for a máximum of 6 people. Babies are not included in the maximum capacity of the villas. The spectacular natural beaches of Papagayo are only 2,5 km away. Services The Villas El Partidor have available a Customer Service office (Reception) with multilingual staff and tourist information. The Reception hours are Monday to Friday 09.00 to 18.00. Our guests also have available various emergency telephone numbers. Bedding and bathroom towels provided free-of-charge. The departure cleaning service is always included and furthermore 1 service clean each week with a change of bedding and towels included for a minimum stay of 7 nights. You can request extra cleans / or ask for the price. Cots and highchairs for babies provided at free-of-charge: subject to request and availability. Dogs allowed: 1 dog per villa with a maximum 8 kg / supplement per night: 10,00 €.
