Dear Ms Natalia, First of all we thank you for your review and we are saddened about the comments regarding food. I am very sorry you felt sick and do hope all is ok now but before accusing the hotel about the food which is a very serious comment , may I ask if you had seen a doctor? as only a doctor may declare the statement food poisoning! I may tell you too that we had one guest feeling sick and had exactly the same symptoms as you had and the doctor confirmed to them that it was a virus bug which also is going round Malta. I am sorry to speak in such a manner but as I said this is a very serious topic and we follow all protocol regarding food handling etc ..My point is it is very easy for one to say its food poisoning and probably I would too when feeling rotten and sick, but I assure everyone reading this that its not food poisoning. Besides, all staff and myself eat from the restaurant daily and we are totally fine.
