Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Sowohl die Superior- als auch die de Luxe und Swim up Zimmer. Die Reinigungskräfte sind sehr freundlich und gründlich.
Das Essen hat sich im Vergleich zum letzten Jahr im Mai wesentlich verbessert. Mittwochs findet der griechische Abend statt. Es wird auf der Terrasse gegrillt und allerlei typisch griechisches angeboten. Sehr schmackhaft! Das gesamte neue Team zeigt sich sehr aufmerksam. Man wird immer freundlich begrüßt. Das Geschirr wird sofort abgeräumt . Das Team legt ständig frisch nach.
Der Service ist hervorragend, an der Rezeption, sowie im Gastrobereich. Ich hatte in den ersten Tagen meines Aufenthaltes Probleme mit der Lautstärke im Nachbarzimmer. Auf meine Frage an der Rezeption nach einem anderen Zimmer, wurde sofort reagiert und mir ein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Ich möchte mich bei Zoi und ihrem Team nochmals herzlich bedanken. Das nenne ich kundenorientiertes handeln.
