Die Hotelanlage war sehr schön und gepflegt, viele Pools und Rutschen, mein fast 5 jähriger Sohn konnte leider nur 4 Rutschen rutschen.. Super Kinderprogramm alles sehr freundlich zu Kindern etc. Abendprogramm war auch sehr nett Leider erkrankten wir alle nach 3 Tagen Durchfall Bauchkrämpfe etc. Inklusive Kind.. 2 mal in der Apotheke gewesen hat uns leider nicht viel geholfen zu Hause angekommen gehen leider die Schmerzen und Durchfall weiter, war wohl unser letzter Ägypten Urlaub da wir nach dem Urlaub Urlaub brauchen um wieder fit zu werden wie letztes Jahr .. Ich möchte keinen Urlaub mehr machen um auf jegliches Essen aufpassen zu müssen und dann trotzdem zu erkranken :(

Regarding your comment about the safety rules for the slides, please be informed that these regulations are clearly communicated through our online platforms and travelers’ brochures. For safety reasons, children are permitted to use adult slides only if they are above 120 cm (or 130 cm, depending on the slide specifications). We also offer a designated family slide where children may slide when accompanied by a parent. Additionally, out of our total of 22 slides, 8 are specifically designed for children and have no height restrictions, ensuring safe and enjoyable fun for our younger guests. We are sorry to hear that you did not feel well during your stay. Had we been made aware of your health condition, we would have gladly offered a complimentary stool sample analysis to help clarify the cause of your illness, which is typically related to changes in weather, diet, overheating, or overconsumption of cold fluids. Additionally, we have an in-house hygiene team that conducts daily checks to ensure compliance with all safety and hygiene policies and regulations. Furthermore, we undergo regular inspections by E-Crystal, a renowned UK-based independent auditor, who performs comprehensive reviews of all aspects related to safety and hygiene, including food, beverages, pools, and rooms.
