Das Hotel ist ein schlechter Scherz. Wir waren im Traditional Apartment Bereich untergebracht - dieser befindet sich 400 m entfernt von dem eigentlichen gemütlichen Privatbereich des Hotels. Das heißt: Die Traditional Apartments befinden sich im öffentlichen Bereich und damit einsichtig von den von Touristen überfüllten Wegen, Lautstärke durch Touristen, keine Privatsphäre, Zimmer grenzen an unbewohnte/verwahrloste/verdreckte/stinkende Nachbar-Grundstücke und täglich mehrfach ein mühevoller Weg zu Pool & Restaurant durch drängelnde, schwitzende, Selfie-verrückte Touristen. Die Bäder sind eine Zumutung. Ohne Fenster und in den Berg gebaut, ist die Luftfeuchtigkeit so hoch, dass permanent Wasser von der Decke tropft. Wir haben NICHTS im Bad gelagert (keine Zahnbürste, keine Kosmetik) und das Bad nur zwangsweise betreten. Die Wasserproblematik ist erheblich - so hatten wir am 1. Tag gar kein fließendes Wasser, am 2. Tag nur eiskaltes Wasser und am 3. Tag kam das Wasser aus dem Abfluss der Dusche nach oben und stand stundenlang 10 cm hoch im Bad. Die Betten sind selbst für eine 1,60 m große Frau zu klein, sodass die Füße rausgucken. Das WLAN ist eine Katastrophe in der gesamten Hotelanlage. Der Kaffe beim Frühstück kostet extra - heißt jeden Morgen nochmal 12 € on top. Und das alles für 450 € pro Nacht!!!! Das Angebot des 5-Sterne Honeymoon Hotelbesitzers: Ein kostenloses Abendessen. Wir haben unseren 2-wöchigen Urlaub nach 1 Woche abgebrochen.

We are sorry to hear for your bad experience. We always try our best to provide the best services for our guests and we regret to see that your stay with us did not meet your expectations. Regarding your comment on the distance from our Traditional Wing to the second wing of the property, the Petra Wing, we would simply like to clarify that the wings have a total distance of 70 meters between them, something mentioned online in the website of our hotel. Our Traditional Wing is located higher on the cliff of caldera offering less stairs and closer access to the main village of Imerovigli, but still remains quite close to the main hotels facilities. Moreover, we would also like to mention that due to the natural landscape of the cliff of the Caldera, our rooms as well as most hotel rooms in Caldera, are Cave rooms carved into the mountain. Therefore, this sometimes entitles that the rooms may be more humid, which is why we always offer a dehumidifier in the room. In regards to the issues you faced with the water in the room, we would like to offer our apologies once more for the inconvenience that was caused. This was a general issue in the area of Imerovigli and was resolved within 30 minutes as soon as the technician arrived. Furthermore, kindly note that all of our rooms have queen beds, apart from some suites which offer king sized beds. The exact size of the queen mattresses is 160 cm x 200 cm, while our king mattresses are a bit bigger making them 180 cm x 200 cm. Additionally, we would like to mention that our breakfast is a homemade buffet served every day in our pool area, including unlimited black coffee. Any other type of coffee served, apart the one served in our breakfast or the Nespresso coffee machine in the rooms, comes indeed with an additional cost. Last but not least, kindly note that we tried to offer most requests that you may have had during your stay so that you could enjoy your stay with us, even though most issues were mentioned as descriptions in our website were your reservation was made. That being said, we truly hope that you will give us another chance to accommodate you again in order to perhaps offer a better experience the second time around.
