Dear Customer, thank you for expressing your opinion about your stay at our facility in Desenzano del Garda, Hotel Villa Maria. The opinions of our customers are essential in order to improve the quality and efficiency of our services. We regret that your stay has not been up to expectations, however we believe we can respond to individual reports. First of all, we do not understand your complaint about the playground for children, since nowhere is the presence of a play area specified, so it was information you knew before your stay. We are sorry to see that, only at the time of check-out, you have pointed out that you found the mattress cover "dirty". We asked why you decided to tell us only at the end of the stay, if you had told us before we could have intervened promptly. You didn't say anything else and didn't mention either the room cleaning or the fact of the breakfasts. We specify that cleaning is done daily in all common areas and in all rooms. In any case, in some moments of greater influx can create the line (which is however disposed of briefly) and there are longer waiting times to receive coffee and cappuccino express, but nothing that our staff does not solve quickly.
