Dear Guest, it is appreciated you spent time writing a review regarding your stay at Sant’Elmo Beach Hotel, our property in Castiadas. Guests’ opinions are very important to improve quality and efficiency of our services. We’re sorry you weren’t totally satisfied with your stay, nevertheless we are able to reply to your concerns. Our restaurant staff is professional and very attentive toward our guests. It is unlikely your table was cleared when there was no need to. The city tax is compulsory in Italy and is a tax that is to be paid to the local administration through the hotel. Breakfast has a wide range of choice (cold and hot dishes, salty and sweets, fruit, yogurt and more) and excellent quality of the ingredients. We do provide a much appreciated espresso coffee service during breakfast. There may be sometimes queues due to the excessive request some guests make (more than one per person). Regulations and information of the All-Inclusive board basis are clearly stated during the booking process. We’re sorry you missed them. All of our rooms are elegant and comfortable, with typical Sardinian-style furnishings. If you didn’t like the one you were given you should have told us and we would have provided you with a room change. We’re glad, anyway, you appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and our comfortable mattresses.
