Die Lage und das Alter des Hotels sind super. Leider ist das Personal sehr unmotiviert. Die thailändische Freundlichkeit konnten wir nur beim Gärtner und einigen Barmitarbeitern finden. Der Rest des Personals sprach sehr schlecht englisch und hatte es auch nicht nötig, die Gäste zu grüßen. So etwas haben wir in Thailand noch nicht erlebt.
