Dear Sophia, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to read that your experience did not meet your expectations, especially regarding the noise, the public beach, and the surroundings. However, we must admit that we are quite surprised by your final review, as during your stay our team met with you several times and each time you mentioned that everything was fine. After you posted your comment online on another platform, we also attempted to meet you personally to discuss your concerns, but we were informed that you did not wish to speak with us. As a clarification, the beach in front of the hotel is public, as all beaches in Mauritius are by law, and while we monitor the area, we unfortunately cannot prevent local families or children from using it. The hotel is also located near a coastal road and a public park, which may occasionally generate noise beyond our control. Concerning all inclusive package Regarding all inclusive package, it offers 11 cocktails along with also a selection of local spirits including wine, gin, vodka, whisky, beer, soft drinks, and mocktails. Please know that we have taken good note of all your comments and will work on them wherever possible to continue improving. We are, however, very grateful that you highlighted the excellent service from our bar and buffet teams, as well as the good food selection and the friendliness of the staff.
