Zu viele Stufen für Familen mit Kinderwagen. Kein Service, überall muss schlange gestanden werden. Essen wird mit dreckigen Wägen abgeräumt. Kinderpools hatten nur 20 Grad viel zu kalt für Kleinkinder. Hotel war max. ein 4 Sterne Hotel, daher hat Preis/Leistung nicht gepasst. Große TV/Leinwände wo den ganzen Tag Filme laufen, am Hauptpool, in der Hauptbar und sogar in der Kinderbetreunug läuft den ganzen Tag ein TV. In der Kinderbetreuung waren nur 2 Aufsichtspersonen, viel zu wenig.
