Die Anlage ist am Berg gelegen, was zwar für einen meist schönen Ausblick sorgt aber auch mit Barrieren verbunden ist. Die Wege sind weit und durch die zahlreichen Treppen für ältere Reisende eher beschwerlich.

Einige Mitarbeiter im Restaurant sind sehr aufmerksam und professionell. An der Rezeption fehlte es teilweise an der besonders zuvorkommenden Art, die eben in einem 5-Sterne-Haus zu erwarten ist.
