Tolle Anlage, schöne allgemeine Schwimmbecken ! Leider nur ein abgegrenzter Adults Only Bereich. Ruhebereiche auch auf den Zimmern waren nicht gegeben durch überall tobende Kinder.
Die Zimmer selbst waren sehr schön. Leider waren die Privatpools viel zu kalt! Es wurden an der Rezeption Wassertemperaturen verkündet, die nicht zutrafen!
Das Essen im Portofino hatte nur wenig mit italienischer Kochkunst zu tun. Das Fischangebot im Fischrestaurant am Hafen war sehr eingeschränckt, bzw unzureichend. Im Frühstücksraum war ein Vogelnest, Hygiene???
Die Servicekräfte waren durchweg überfordert. Die Englischkenntnisse waren nur befriedigend. Die erteilten Auskünfte waren oft widersprüchlich.
80 Minuten vom Flughafen. Lage am Strand war gut, aber keine Ausflugsziele in der Nähe, keine Hotelshuttle, keine Ausflugziele vom Hotel, keine Fremdgastronomie am Strand

Ich habe nichts gesehen, die Infos an der Clubtheke waren dürftig. Das abendliche Entertainprogramm entsprach wirklich nicht einem 5 Sterne Haus. Eine Extraberechnung des SPA-Bereiches ist in der Klasse nicht nachvollziehbar. Ein Mindestverzehr von 200,00 E in den Strandbetten ist sehr ambitioniert.

We do advice on excursions in the areas such as boat tours and cruises, Jeep Safari, ATV tour, and we also have hiking in our sport's program, did you ask Reception about it? There is no minimum consumption for the sunbeds at the Club Beach side for Club rooms, did anyone from the hotel tell you that? the minimum is only for the use of the gazebo (cabana) for non-suite rooms. With a Club room we offer 1 free entrance to the Spa, this is well explained on our website.
