Von All inklusive weit entfernt, im Speisesaal und am Pool mehr laut als schön. Zu den Mahlzeiten gibt es nur Wein und Wasser, aber dafür gibt es am Abend keinen Wein an der Bar. Espresso nur gegen Bezahlung und dies in Italien, ein Witz.
Zimmer sind etwas klein aber sauber und haben eine eigene Terrasse. Einige Zimmer mit den Nummern 201-207 liegen direkt gegenüber von einem Kompressor mit dementsprechender Geräuschkulisse.
Die angebotenen Speisen waren schmackhaft aber ohne große Abwechlung. Wer ein gekochtes Ei möchte muß sich dies selber machen und Spiegeleier sind gänzlich unbekannt. Das Restaurant war sehr eng bestuhlt, so daß man kaum am Nachbartisch vorbei kam. Das Strandrestaurant sollte am 1. Juni öffnen, leider Fehlanzeige. Somit gab es weder Speisen noch Getränke am Strand und auch die Toilette war versperrt, ein NO GO für Strandurlaub !! Eine Dusche ist auch nicht vorhanden.
Personal war nett, außer an der Rezeption, da fehlt es an Freundlichkeit, sobald man was zu bemängeln hat.
Das Hotel liegt abseits von allem, es gibt nichts drumherum außer Sträucher und Hügel weit und breit und eine Appartmentanlage nebenan. Transfer zum Hotel ca. 1 Stunde

Kein Fitnessraum vorhanden, es gibt nur Dart oder Fußball in der Mittagshitze !! Die Poolanlage ist klein und die Bademützenpflicht existiert wirklich noch, wie in der Steinzeit. Bademütze kostet 2 Euro, ebenso jedes Handtuch und auch der Tausch.

Guests’ opinions are very important to improve quality and efficiency of our services. We’re sorry you weren’t totally satisfied with your stay, nevertheless we may be able to reply to some of your concerns. The atmosphere in the communal areas (e.g. dining room and pool area) is perfectly adequate to a holiday context. Every extra cost you are pointing at is clearly stated on our website and during the booking process: wine and water included at lunch, espresso subject to fee (while it is free from the machines), caps (compulsory for hygiene reasons) and towels for the swimming pool. It is clearly stated which services we do offer, and which ones we do not. For instance, it is never stated that we have a gym. The beach restaurant and facilities are temporarily closed and they should open soon. We are surprised to read your comments about the reception staff. They are very polite and able to speak German perfectly. The Sant’Elmo Beach Hotel is a very fascinating property, straight in front of the sea and not far from the surrounding cities.
