According to our records, no formal complaint was brought to our attention during your stay. Our reception team is available 24/7 and always ready to assist with any concerns or special requests. We would have been more than happy to help you promptly if we had been made aware. Regarding the beach, kindly note that it is public and the sunbeds-umbrellas are operated by an independent private company, separate from our hotel. As for the playground, the operating hours are clearly posted at the entrance and are in place to ensure both safety and proper maintenance. We would also like to highlight that our Animation Program ends by 23:00h at the latest, in full compliance with the official silent hours.
